Make sure you get to Yfriday before the rest

Organisers of the Great Yarmouth gig forming part of the Yfriday tour are urging people to buy tickets quickly to make sure people are not disappointed.
Matt Gooch director of Unite Youth Project says “with a band of Yfriday's calibre and following we know there is going to be great interest in tickets. I have been amazed and really encouraged about the amount of people that seem to be appearing out of the wood work wanting tickets. It seems that there is quite a Yfriday following in the area”

Local youth leaders and organisations have come together to put on a tour of this Christian Rock band. They will be playing at Huntingdon, Cambridge, Aylsham, Norwich and Great Yarmouth. The tour is being organised under the banner of Hope 08. Matt explains that “Hope is all about churches coming together to do that little bit more for their communities putting faith in action and making a big bang telling people that someone cares” The Yfriday gig is just one of many activities happening across the borough, from a Funday in Ormesby to a Holiday club in Bradwell. It would appear that churches in the East of Norfolk are taking the challenge of “doing a little more” seriously.
Unite is the organiser of the Great Yarmouth gig are stressing that there are tickets still available but would like to encourage people to get tickets before hand and not to rely on buying them on the door.
