It's approaching a month since the Koshi River flooded in south east Nepal. It's left tens of thousands of people in temporary shelters - with huge challenges ahead to keep them alive.

Whilst flooding further south in Bihar, India has been reported in the Western media, the situation in Nepal has been forgotten.
