ADRA Charity Run

The annual ADRA Charity Run attracted a record entry of 1615 and of those there were 725 runners in the 21K section with 617 taking part in the 10K and the rest either walking or jogging the 5K.

David’s time was eight minutes quicker than second place.

 

 

The first woman home was Gracie Keown in 1hr24min and in the 10K Carl Driessen won in a time of 40.49min with Jenny Howe fastest woman in a time of 42.35min.  The registration tent only just coped with the entries on the day and the hot weather took its toll on the water supply with some water stations running very low at times.
