Minute Taker needed by Unite

 

Unite desperately needs someone to give 5 hours of time every two months to take the minutes of our Trustees meetings as follows:

Prepare Agenda prior to meetings
Email previous meetings’ minutes, and other relevant documentation to Trustees a week prior to meetings
Attend Trustees meetings and take notes
Compile minutes
Email minutes to Trustees

Frequency:                                             Once every two months.

Commitment:                                        Preparation approx 1 hour
                                                                 Meetings approx 2 hours
                                                                Compile minutes and email approx 2hrs
