For those who, at this busy time, want to ‘be still...’ and ‘wait on God...’ and ‘renew their strength’, here is a day led by Lea Jamieson exploring three ways of entering silent prayer.

• Traditional (‘The Cloud of Unknowing’)

• Imaginative prayer journey (integrating biblical truths).

• Ignatian way of entering a specific Bible passage

• using the imagination.

• Each will lead us into silence and the last will have an

Advent theme.
