Unite to offer a Gap Year Programme

We are really excited at Unite about the opportunity we have to offer a Gap Year programme to young people between leaving 6th form education and going on to university or to pursue their career. We value this scheme as it will allow the young person the opportunity to “give a year of service”, to explore youth ministry for themselves and provide training as a foundation for further youth work. It will also enable Unite to increase our team and allow us to be involved in wider activities and be able to invest young people back into the borough of Great Yarmouth

 We have had enquiries from three young people this year and are hoping to take one or two of them onto this scheme from September 2011

 

Therefore, again we come to you, our faithful and generous supporters, for your help in assisting these young people in their growth and development

 

We are looking for Christian homes in the borough, where these students can live from September 2011 to July 2012 inclusive

This discussion WON’T assume any commitment from you, unless or until you are happy to go forward with the scheme
