The board of YMCA has approved the Two Bears in Great Yrmouth project in principle. It now has to be worked out in practice

The building will accommodate 19 people - 3 of the units will be for disabled. Each unit will be a self contained flat - a kitchen, bathroom and bed sitting room

Of course the plans have yet to be approved by the council

For the downstairs area we are looking at developing a youth hub which will deliver a wide range of services to young people
