1. Welcomes and Introductions:
     
      Peter welcomed all to the meeting.
    
     All present introduced themselves.
 
2. Minutes of the last meeting:
 
     The minutes of the last meeting were agreed as a fair and accurate record of the      meeting and signed by Peter Paine as chair.
 
3. Matters Arising:
 
     None
 
4. Big Lottery – Funding & Publicity
         
          Peter informed group that GYP successful in bid. To be spent on equipment,           training, admin.
          Peter gave overview of GYP for benefit of new attendees.
          Peter invited Bill to inform group about project he is working on.
          Bill informed group that he is involved in piano history. He has a “world class           collection” of pianos which deserves to be in a museum. In the past he had been           offered space at the Royal Naval Hospital but due to access problems this did not           work out.
          Peter asked if Bill has an action plan, he has not.
          Bill looking for a room 50 ft sq = 2500sq ft with room for pianos and a stage for           musical events.
          Discussion took place between group as to how best to progress project.
          Bill will contact Electra House when he is ready to talk to Community Reporters.
