Our next Prayer for Revival for Great Yarmouth is next Monday 10th October and we are going to do things a bit differently this time. We believe that God has spoken to us about sending revival to Great Yarmouth and the region, initially through Nathan Morris at the Bay of the Holy Spirit Revival meetings. During this year Cindy Jacobs and Dutch Sheets (both with a proven prophetic ministry), have also brought words they believe were from God for this region
Cindy believed God had told her that the region would be like a 'Pool of Bethesda' (Johnn 5) where God moved on the water and the first one in to the water would be healed. She believes that God is going to move on this region and many in it will be healed, and that healing would be part of the revival that God is going to send. Dutch Sheets believes God had told him, that in this region, we are about to enter a new era of the supernatural. Interestingly enough, neither of them had heard Nathan Morris' prophecy!
We, along with 'Prayer for Revival' in Norwich, have therefore decided to make room on this Monday evening to pray for the sick, and to wait on God for a touch from Him
Effectively, what we are saying to God, is, 'We are accepting your words to us, and we are positioning ourselves for You to do whatever You want to do among us.' We are telling Him we are taking His word seriously, and as a group of Christians from across the churches in the Borough, we are standing in unity together to believe for Him to move upon us
Can I ask you to pray for Monday evening, and if possible come along to call out to God for Him to move? Please encourage everyone you know to come along, and if you know of anyone who needs healing or a touch from God, invite them along also
As usual we will be meeting at Park Baptist Church, 14A Crown Road, Great Yarmouth, NR30 2JN at 7.30pm. Look forward to seeing you there
