Diocese of Norwich welcomes 14 new clergy
Last weekend the Diocese of Norwich welcomed eight new priests and six deacons to its ranks of clergy during ordinations at Norwich Anglican Cathedral
On Saturday July 1, Bishop of Norwich Graham Usher ordained the following men and women as priests (pictured above):
Julian Bryant, serving in Earlham
Sarah De Bats, serving in the Glaven Valley Benefice
Samantha Luscombe, serving in Norwich, St Stephen
Sally McCubbin, serving in Old Catton, St Margaret
Natalie Rees, serving in the Aylsham Team Ministry
James Shelton, serving in the Earsham and Harleston Benefices
Naomi Tuma, serving in Norwich, St Peter Mancroft
John Wigfield, serving in Cringleford, St Peter
On Sunday July 2, Bishop Graham ordained the following men and women as deacons (pictured below):
Elizabeth Dawes to serve in the Great Yarmouth Team Ministry
Alastair Gledhill to serve in Holy Trinity, Norwich
Kirsty Long to serve in Poringland and the Venta Group
Fiona Munn, to serve in the King’s Lynn Team Ministry
Karl Ross to serve in Gorleston, St Mary Magdalene
Joshua Whitnall to serve in the Harling and Guiltcross Benefices with Wretham and Shropham
