Gorleston church quiz for children's charity

Cliff Park Community Church is hosting a quiz night to raise money for the children's bereavement charity Nelson's Journey

The quiz will be held on Saturday November 25 and promises to be a fun evening for all ages. Teams of up to 6 people can register, and 6 teams have already signed up. Tickets are £10 each including a fish (or sausage) and chip meal. Tracy Mayne, Administrator for Cliff Park Community Church suggests that "it would be a great event to invite friends and family too, even if they don't usually go to church. There will be Christian music playing in the background and leaflets available for finding out more about church but mainly it will be an opportunity to have fun together"

The quiz has been organised to raise money for the charity Nelson's Journey which supports children and young people in Norfolk who’ve experienced the death of a significant person. Cliff Park Community Church will also be raising money for the charity at their annual Carols and Coffee at the Pavilion service on December 3

Teams for the quiz night need to be registered in advance by visiting https://www.cpcc.org.uk/quiz-night
The doors open at 6.45pm on November 25, with dinner served at 7.00pm and the quiz starting at 7.30pm. The event is to be held at Ormiston Cliff Park Primary Academy, Orde Avenue, Gorleston, NR31 6SZ
