Gospel singing at Magway Methodist Church
Would you like to have a go at singing Gospel? the Happy Day Gospel Choir is starting a new term on Friday 15th March, and we are looking for new members to join us
We are a very friendly small choir, noted for our lively, fun, and enthusiastic performances! We sing a mix of classic Gospel, and our own gospelised versions of funk, pop, blues, and soul songs, accompanied by a small live band. We will be working towards two charity concerts in June
In addition to our usual Friday rehearsals in Caister Methodist Church, from Sunday 31st March, we will also be offering rehearsals at Magway Methodist Church every Sunday from 6 - 7.30pm. There's no charge for that one, and you're welcome to either or both rehearsals, whatever suits you
New members are very welcome - come and enjoy a fun, uplifting evening!
Recently the Happy Day Gospel Choir performed at Great Yarmouth Minster as part of the Great Yarmouth Arts Festival
Our usual rehearsals are on Fridays 7.30-9.30 in Caister Methodist Church, Beach Road NR30 5EX. Cost is £2 a session
All are welcome - whether you only sing in the bath, or are soloist standard; whatever your age, experience, and beliefs - we come together to share joy through our music
