Faith and Hope
Over the past 15 months a small group of people have been working hard to fix up the ‘parish property’ which we now call Faith House
The house was cleared and cleaned, mended and made good and decorated inside and out. After two years of neglect the garden has been tamed and maintained
I would like to mention a small team of volunteers who gave up their time and energy to make this happen. Chris H, Tony H, Kate D, Paul S, Nerys D, Jonathon T – thank you so much for your efforts. Thanks also to Michael H for his admin support. And thanks to the PCC and the Ministry Team for their encouragement
We are planning, one day, to use the property in partnership with Hope Into Action (remember my Advent swim?) to support people who are vulnerably housed. However this will require more fund raising and further adaptations to the house. In the meantime we are letting the property out to provide the parish with much needed income
